The staff that was working on July 3rd at 5:00pm was absolutely AMAZING! They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me and my family out. We had to drive to Kentucky for a basketball tournament for my daughter and we got a flat tire. Even though the store was about to close, the kind hearted employees at your store stayed and replaced the tire for us. We honestly don't know what we would've done. It was a Sunday night on a holiday weekend. They provided exceptional customer service and it is people like them who make this world a better place. I have told everyone about our experience and now will only be using Mavis for my car care needs. These gentleman need to be recognized for their superior customer service. I also saw them interact with other customers and they were so kind and courteous. I honestly can not thank these gentlemen enough!!!
